It’s becoming harder and harder to stay organized as a mom. I’ve got a preschool class list, a kindergarten class list, sports rosters and more. I don’t have time to enter all of the contacts into my phone but the scraps of paper stuffed in a drawer isn’t a very good system.

If your fridge is like mine, it’s covered with artwork, kids’ papers from school and class lists that I’m just too busy to input into my address book, computer or phone. Well how about an app that can do it all for you?
Really.

Your phone is a powerful tool, but perhaps not powerful enough when it comes to manually inputting contacts from a printed list. The whole process can get boring and it’s really easy to put it all off.

Friends, check this app out. I can tell you this, it will reorganize your contacts in a way you never thought possible. And this is coming from one of the most unorganized chick anyone has ever met. In fact, generally, I have an aversion to organization but this app is too cool to not use!

When I heard about Ringya I said a little prayer of thanks to the app gods. Ringya is an app that creates rings of contacts from all your contacts and lists. Here’s why it’s awesome– you don’t have to spend hours entering the contact info into your phone, you can take a photo of your paper contact list or upload a contact list with a few clicks! How easy is that?!

Far and away the coolest app I’ve seen lately is Ringya… Last week I took a photo of the contact list for my son’s soccer team. Within minutes that list became the soccer team ring in my contacts. I can also make life easier for the other team parents by sharing that ring with them. Also, when one ring member updates their contact information the entire list automatically gets the update so the list stays current.

I’m in app love! Ringya is obviously dedicated to making moms’ lives easier because this app really does save the day. I’ve used it for my kid’s class lists, team lists and our school PTA directory. I love that I have all the contact information I need, the caller ID and the ability to send a group email from any where at any time.

The big idea here is that we haven’t completely transitioned into an all-digital world. There are still contact lists hanging on bulletin boards, stuffed in customer files, passed around at PTA meetings, etc. And many of these types of lists are still on paper…

This app is my ultimate solution for keeping track of my client contact lists. As a consultant, I’m a big fan of how each list is categorized by name rather than one long alphabetized list. It’s been great for when I’m on-the-go and need to reach a client contact immediately. I no longer have to search my emails in hopes of finding that that number in a signature. The company directory is right at my fingertips.
Stacey Levine, High School Teacher and mom of two
As an educator, this app is a lifesaver. I’m a huge multi-tasker and this is the only app that allows me to take a picture of my class lists, faculty list and the school directory and organized them into neat, mobile lists. It’s works like magic, and saves me time and stress. I shared it with the other teachers, who now think I’m a hero. Thank you Ringya.
Anne Morrissey, Working mom of two
As a working mom of two small girls, this is the smartest app I’ve come across in a long time. We were running late last week to a soccer game. As we were flying out the door, I was able to quickly text all of the parents and coach to let them know we were on our way. It was so fast, easy and super convenient not to have to run back upstairs, find the contact list and begin calling people.

Only yesterday I came across Ringya: I received a notification from a mother (I didn’t know) in my daughter’s class, downloaded your app, and was very happy to receive an organized digital list of all the kids in my daughter’s class and their parents. Soon enough I created my own list, for my son’s kindergarten, and already shared it.

The school year just started and normally we’d be putting copies of the class lists in several places – work, home, the car. Now I have the lists with me all the time! I love that Ringya helps me and saves paper.

“This app is cool! I manage all my kids’ contacts in it. Also my office colleagues are in a Ring. ‘Til then I would open a file in my mail every time and copy paste the number… now it just appears under the relevant Ring like any contact. I also know who is calling ’cause Ringya recognizes it!”
